3. Build & Handoff

Do I need to already be using Claude Code?

No. If you're new to Claude Code, I'll set everything up from scratch. If you're already using it, we'll build on what you have.

Either way, you'll walk away knowing how to use these workflows yourself.

What if I only need help with one leg (develop, deploy, or market)?

That's fine. Most founders have one area that's the bottleneck.

We'll figure out which leg needs the most work on the discovery call and scope accordingly.

What tech stack do you work with?

Python (FastAPI, Django), Node, Go — whatever you're building with.

For infra: I default to simple, boring choices. Docker, Postgres, and deployment to Railway/Fly/your cloud of choice.

Claude Code works with any stack. The workflows we build will match your codebase.

How much does this cost?

Every project is different, so I scope and price after the discovery call.

You'll get a fixed price upfront — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Do you offer ongoing support?

After we ship, you get a week of support included.

Beyond that, we can do a monthly retainer if you want help adding new workflows or tweaking existing ones.

But the goal is to hand you systems you can run yourself — not create dependency.
